I have only self taught experience giving massages, but have had numerous relaxing standard massages, as well as rolfing and structural bodywork for medical issues. I would really like somebody to teach me a little more about massage and of course to help me alleviate my pain as well as help my body relax. I like firm pressure, and dont mind if it hurts a little
