More About Me
Working on a day desk job from 9-5 is really taking a toll on the body. I do try to get a deep tissue massage on occasion. I find it quite fascinating how some deep pressuring techniques can relieve so many tension. Hoping I can learn and help other individuals distress the muscle tension as well.
