Would like to be a practice body. I have been diagnosed with bursitis in my right shoulder. I have done the exercises from the doctor, but a massage would help as well. I'm married, but husband won't do it (for some reason). It would be hard for me to give a massage as my right hand won't allow me to put pressure on it due to nerve damage (also diagnosed by a doctor).
