New here; discrete non smoker. Shiatsu, Deep tissue, Sports, Swedish. Looking for massage exchange. I learned trigger point/deep tissue massage from many years of receiving massages during chiropractic treatments. I am a former elite athlete, so I would get massages and chiropractic treatments 1-3 times per week. Today I play tennis and my muscles get sore, so I get massages often.
