I have had one year massage school training and been doing massage for over 15 years. I'm not into deep tissue massage or a rush massage. Like to focus on your relaxation and prefer to do a 2 hour relaxation massage adding in some stretching of your legs and arms. I use baby oil because I like the way it makes my large hands glide smoothly over the body without friction. I start on your back side, once finished I wash the oil from your body with clean clothes and warm water. I then have you turn over and proceed to work on your front side and also finish a warm wash. It's best if you take a warm shower before your massage and after.
