I have enjoyed receiving CMT massages for over 20 years to relieve stress and overcome sporting injuries. I enjoy deep tissue, Thai, and Swedish. I have been informally tutored for nearly 10 years to give massages. My Licensed Massage Therapist reports that I am "more fit than most of her clients in their 40s" - I give credit to my parent's genes and my love for practicing yoga. As a “service switch” I enjoy giving even more than receiving, and find it most enjoyable when both have received what they deserve in a session.
