Generally trained by touch. Learned by paying attention as I receive massages. Based on feedback, I'm pretty decent at it.
I do have a strict criteria for exchange partners as personal preference is just that...what one is comfortable with and prefers. Other than pressure/technique adjustment notifications I do not desire to talk during a massage as it interrupts the relaxation.
If you cannot host, you're over 50 and/or have a fairly significant amount of body hair, don't have good command of your personal hygiene, and you're on the bigger side (too liberal with your definition of "average size")- I am not interested. If you're interested in more than a massage and/or have no real skills/ability to give a solid good quality massage I am not interested.
