My initial massage course was 200 hrs. I have acquired over 400 hours of additional CEU's combined including Reflexology I & II, Touch for Health I & II, Therapuetic Touch I & II, Sports Massage, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Massage, Chair Massage, Stone Massage, Matrix Energenics and other modalities. I have also worked in Chiropractic office environments for 20 years. I enjoy giving and receiving massages to reduce and eliminate muscle spasms, tension, headaches, blocked energies, low back pain and the positive side effects including but not limited to increased circulation, relaxation and better health. I'm looking forward to sharing experience and techniques.
