More About Me
My background comes from both my experience and needs as a martial artist and general fitness. I seek to understand how to work knots out of the body as well as mix in relaxing touch to stimulate blood flow as it aid in the recovery process of a well trained body. I like to study when and where techniques can play off each other such as light touch, deep rubs and stretching can play off each other. I'm interested in other people's feedback and the ideas that they would bring to the table.
