I'm a big fan of massage! I have often received Sports Massage, but never formally trained to give one. However, I’m very willing to be mentored & I love collaborating. I workout daily myself and as a result I’m regularly sore and stiff. Massage is the antidote! I want to give my massage partner relief from the strain of lifting, running & overexertion.
