I have little experience giving or receiving a massage. I have multiple sclerosis and have fu)l use of Just one arm , but it's strong and knows what to do. I understand massage is very helpful for tense muscles in the back and legs. I look forward to getting a good massage to see how much it helps relieve my tight muscles. I've been in a wheelchair almost 20 yrs and I Can only lay on my back.
