I have always been a health conscious person and as one ages ones body needs that extra touch, you need to put effort into aging wellness. I recognize the benefits of a good massage and while I have no formal training in massage, I have given a few massages, hope to meet some nice people here and learn from them to improve my massage skills. Of course eating a healthy diet, exercise regularly, have a positive mental outlook on life, etc. all adds to ones wellness. I am retired and like to keep active, enjoy most muscle powered silent sports, especially enjoy lots of bicycling both short and long distance cycle touring.
