Learned how to do 'self massage' as a semiprofessional cyclist many years ago. Have taken a couple of weekend classes on sports massage therapy.
Since then, from having received probably hundreds of massages with practitioners using various modalities for past injuries and such, I have learned what I liked, didn't like, what worked and what didn't and have figured out how to apply that knowledge towards others. I have an interest in possibly doing some lowkey massage therapy training in the near future.
