I think we all need to take time out from our stressful lives to treat ourself well!
I run my own business and do alot of fitness training so found my passion for massage as a way to get back that balance and take that time out for myself! That relaxation time! I enjoy mindful breathing and meditation to help keep stress away and massage is such a big part of that area cause when we are tense we carry it around with us everyday! I would love to help people and share the very Important part of life where we can be peaceful and treat ourselves well through massage and all areas that support it!
