A good deep tissue massage is sometimes better than medicine. I love getting a great massage and I also like to give one as well. I'm not certified but I have quite a bit of experience with giving massages. I'm very muscular and strong so I know just the right amount of pressure to apply for a great deep tissue massage . It's very calming and very relaxing. I have my own massage table and massage oils.
