...I believe in the innate abilities that God has built into our bodies to heal themselves. I also believe that God works through the hands of many therapists to help realign the soft tissue found in the body so it can be able to start the healing process. Our bodies are wonderfully adaptive creatures that will allow the surrounding environment to change us over time. We have to work continually with nutrition, alignment, exercise and stretching to keep our bodies in perfect working order.
