New to this idea as I'm painfully ticklish but need to decompress L5 and relax. Interested in scalp arm upper back light touch/caressing to calm at first and then massage and or assistance decompression of lumbar spine so I can get active and lose weight faster. Also interested in learning about specific massage types focused in certain areas and learning to control muscle groups for therapy and rehabilitation.
