I very much enjoy giving and receiving a deep tissue massage and try to do this once a month, but due to a busy schedule, sometimes it is only once every two months. I have strong hands and can hold pressure points for a while if needed. I have learnt to use not just my hands and fingers, but my elbows as well for those extra tight muscles that need relief. Each body is different so I have learnt to be adaptable to your needs with pressure/softness and rhythm/movement.
Sometimes I can be very talkative in a massage session and sometimes I like to just drift away.
I also like to learn from others and also I am happy to share what I have learnt.
I prefer a 90 minute massage for true relaxation, but also ok with a 60 minute massage. If you are just after 30 minutes, then this is not for me....sorry.
