I have a fair amount of experience in massage but no formal training. I have been told I am a natural at it and receive many compliments about my massage skills. I am athletic but have had some of my activities curtailed or stopped due to an injury to my knee a few years ago. I am still working on recovery and find that massage really helps in that regard.
