I have Fibromyalgia which is what got me interested in massage. I get the normal hot spots on the back, but it mainly affects my hands. They don't have the normal strength so I really can't do Therapeutic massage. I rarely get calluses no matter what kind of work I do with them, so my hands are very smooth which also affects the type of massage I can do..
I lived in the Big Sur area in northern California for awhile and took some courses in massage there.
