Interested in and currently practice Fitness, Yoga and Meditation – physical and mental massage techniques: massage based on yoga practice (including fitness, samskara, emphasis on pelvic floor - root, plexus) and meditation practice (different schools and practices as third eye meditation/awakening, kundalini, energy medicine, clairvoyance, duality, transcendence). Interested to apply and advance in related partner based physical and mental yoga massage techniques, yoga chakras, mudras and bandhas related partner based massage techniques and also meditation as third eye and regression partner based techniques. I have previous activity in Martial Arts where yoga, meditation and massage were used for support, maintenance and recovery. I go and preferably could meet an interested female partner in Goodlife Fitness – body/mind/workout areas – where I practice and often use different personal physical massage tools as self-massage rollers, thera cane, accu ball, cupping, acupuncture, aromatherapy, and also mental massage as meditation audio-visual material.
