I try to get a massage once a month. I know the benefits of massage therapy as well as the art of touch. Touch is a form of energy communication flow and is important if done correctly. I am still finding my flow. I, have on occasion, massaged my therapist an they have enjoyed it. I know what I like and try to express that with my hands.I work with my hands and have strong muscles for a nice, firm massage. Getting the blood warm and flowing is essential for a great session.My hobbies include travel, fixing things and riding my motorcycle.
