More About Me
I broke my back playing college football, and decided I was not going to live a life of pain pills that led to addiction. Part of healing as a football player is chiropractic care and massage therapy. And I received and still receive over 10 years of Massage Therapy post football. As soon as my plane career was over I went right into coaching and believe so much in massage therapy that I had the trainers show me the basics. And then I took sports medicine and athletic training classes on the basics of the muscles how they work where are the pressure points are how to release the pressures, and also the benefits and the positive experience that I've had with massage I learned by how I was touched and where I was touched by what worked and what didn't work and the lady who has been giving me my massages for over 15 years has been training me also
