I was a semi-professional dancer and dance instructor. After an Aggressive workout, I enjoyed if not needed an aggressive massage. I am particularly fond of being walked on (ashiatsu.) After decades of receiving massage, I have become pretty good at giving. That said by massage professionals, my rhythm, pressure, and methodic technique works out the toughest knots and spasms. I have received and appreciate virtually all modalities.
