I developed a sayatic prob around 20 yrs old. I went thru a lot of Dr visits and muscle relaxers and pain pills. Thanks to massage, I no longer go to them. I get a massage. Usually 2 hr. The next day or 24 hrs late, the discomfort and tightness is gone. I almost pray for it to happen so I can have a legit excuse to be rubbed or massaged. I've had prolly 75-100 massages. I learned I like being touched and there is something about being nude laying on a table, with someone unknown and its all as normal as using shampoo when you shower...anyway, I've been learning over the years and am told I do good job.
