Trained 1,000 hours in both Western and Asian modalities; prefer giving therapeutic/goal-oriented massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, or Swedish massage. Level 2 Reiki practitioner.
I lift weights often, so I am looking to receive therapeutic Swedish massage with medium-to-firm pressure and slow strokes for muscle maintenance, or Deep Tissue/trigger point therapy for specific scar tissue knots.
Been out of the field for a few years as I've been serving active duty in the military but looking to re-enter into massage therapy through exchange with an experienced therapist, refreshing my education with current bodywork students, or sharing my knowledge with other enthusiasts.
