More About Me
While serving in the armed forces, I endured many injuries. Dealing with constant pain hindered me from pushing my body to its max potential. Existing the military I weighed 240lbs! I perused a new career in rehabilitating myself. I became a certified personal trainer, and lost 70lbs! Although I learned how our bodies function, I still felt pain and still had minimal range of motion. Went to school for massage therapy and gain much more knowledge about the anatomy, and able to manipulate the muscles to encourage that "feel good pain!" Still honing in my skills and always willing to learn more about our temple!
