More About Me
I have been practicing yoga, mindfulness and exploring body energy for a while now - though I’d not want to give the impression of any level of expertise, simply part of my own journey and incorporating into a level of personal practice. However, after having talked to a couple of people about bodywork it deeply chimed with me and hence reaching out to find like minds and sharing of experience. I am seeking formal massage tuition as well, as I’d like to develop further but happy to be a practice body (what a lovely term :) or vice-versa as I’ve always enjoyed giving and receiving massage.
