I'm a breathwork facilitator, specialising in trauma release.
I often use bodywork techniques in my practise including myofascial energetic release, some thai style stretches, and reflexology.
I don't often get to receive though, so I'm on here looking to exchange a session.
Looking for someone who won't be in a hurry, and enjoys massaging slowly and firmly.
If you are informed about trauma and the way the body responds by holding on to it as tension then perfect, as Ideally this is what I'm looking for...(someone who does something similar to me) But not necessary. Please feel free to get in contact.
