I was experiencing panic attacks and started going to a spa about 6 months ago at the encouragement of my nephew. He recommended a certain masseuse who gave hard massages, not sure the type. It was perfect and so I have gone to other places looking for better experiences. But money did not make a difference. My best experience is this Chinese spa that is not expensive. I am hooked; it relaxes me. But I am hoping for something that I can do more often and experience more variety.
