More About Me
I'm a holistic-minded martial artist with a longtime interest in all kinds of bodywork. I got my start by taking some private lessons in massage therapy from an accredited teacher, and have continued occasional study and practice over the years, mostly with friends and family. I know a lot more than the average layperson, but I'd still consider myself a beginner. My interests tend towards therapeutic modalities, and I enjoy/practice gua sha and cupping along with empty hand work.
