My introduction to massage started in high school as a result of playing football and lacrosse. One of my friends father was a chiropractor and he had a massage therapist in his office that I would go to after games. I learned a lot from her about soft tissue and self massage. I would always help my teammates with knotted muscles and stingers. I am very active in sports and keep my body fit so I continued to learn different techniques to help my body perform and heal such as reflexology, acupressure and lymphatic drainage.
