I formerly received trigger point on a regular basis and occasionally have gotten deep tissue. I enjoy both! Typically my legs and neck/left shoulder are the areas that need the most focus. I typically do not enjoy much oil on my face, but an occassional face/sinus massage is great.
I am not trained, but I enjoy giving and learning about massage. I listen well & will make sure that your aches are relieved before I leave.
