I find massage to be the most natural, de-armoring (Wilhelm Reich term), healing way to begin to open the heart and facilitate authentic and honest communication with others in the world-be it your massage therapist, co-workers, or family. Touch is the oldest way in which we communicated as an early species, and has been a part of our evolutionary development ever since.
I consider the process of massage to be a Sacred act, to honour the body and be honoured in a deep way.
I have been trained in the Feldenkrais method of movement, though not certified.
