Working in Stressful environment - I ended having a log of back issues and started treatment and in course learned about self healing and holistic and massages practices. I have attended a number of massage and holistic workshops and certified in massage, Reiki , Energy healing. I have assisted in these training programs for massage, Couples and energy healing. This has really improved my life as i continue my day job just to pay the bills but find peace in giving massage, Energy work or even training singles or couples in these self healing arts. I have formal training in Massage at Esalen and Harbin along with Reiki and energy I am also for formally trained yoga instructor
