I have been receiving acupressure massage for years to relieve work related stressors. I enjoy a slower full motion movements over rapid short jerky ones. I am a believer in massage as a therapy and open to learn techniques from others.
I enjoy giving light to moderate pressure massage. I also like to include stretching.
In my profession I need relief for my back, neck, arms and hands. I also play a musical instrument, thus enjoy receiving extra neck, arms and hands attention.
I’m beginning to develop arthritis and desire to learn more techniques to aid in self care.
I personally believe that healing and communication through touch with another is a very powerful tool and should be shared with kind thought and purpose.
