I have a background in sports so I have a pretty fundamental understanding of stretching and basic massages (primarily to get out knots), but have always looked for skilled masseuse that would be willing to work on me as there's only so much you can do yourself. I would be willing to offer any massage therapy I could give, though I have by no means been formally trained. I currently work in construction as well, so my knots and aches have been worsening as well. Would love to find anyone willing to share their knowledge and expertise.
