Reflexology and massage has always captured my interest, however; at the time many years ago I was too intimidated by the craft and practice.
Fast forward, decided to take a course in massage therapy so I enrolled.
Completed basic knowledge and hands on of the craft but enjoyed more and preferred reflexology ovet all.
For me, reflexology allows me to work through the pressure points and equally relaxing especially when applied to the feet.
I enjoy it.
Everything massage is amazing.
