I have a formal experience or training in massage. I give regular Bowen, deep tissue including cupping and relaxing massages however it’s becoming costly. I feel it is Essential for good health and well-being to get regular massages. This can be very beneficial and cost effective way of getting massages. I love natural therapy and chemical free living (Or as much as possible) The health benefits from slowly eliminating chemicals from my home have been amazing. I used Young Living essential all oils, body products and cleaning products as I find they are the very best. I have just started studying online aromatherapy. Please be aware I’m new to giving massage. If you are willing to be patient and talk me through how you like to be massaged I will do my very best.
