I have always had the ability to give a great massage, depending on whether you need to relax or need attention to problem areas. I have received many professional massages by trained therapists and have learned to focus on what has worked best from those appointments. I have helped several people with their pain, soreness, and other ailments. Some of which have said even their chiropractor could not help with.
