I have been receiving massage for well over 30 years. It started due to some medically prescribed massage therapy due to sports and auto injuries..and I from there continued as I found it also resulted in great stress reduction from a busy lifestyle. I love to give massages as I know the very beneficial health benefits it provides, and I care about others receiving and learning this.
Along the way I developed an interest in massage and have studied it in varying degrees over the years and learned some different techniques ..including trigger point therapy and ortho-bionomy. My learning of otho-bionomy has been so wonderful and very helpful, as it is not deep tissue invasive at all. It also offers some wonderful self massage techniques that have been so necessary in my recoveries from injuries and just for general tension,stress reduction and over all well being.
