I do not have any formal training in massage, although I have been giving massages to my friends and family off and on since the 1990's.
I'm comfortable working with oils, creams and lotions, but also really enjoy giving Thai Massage. I have some training in basic therapeutic acro yoga, which is an extension/blend of Thai Massage and yoga.
I enjoy giving as much as receiving, and I'm open to learn more about any modality for healing/therapeutic touch.
I was trained in Level 1 Touch For Health in 1995 and EFT in 2000. I can provide EFT sessions easily off the cuff, but do need the workbooks to do Touch For Health.
