I have been getting regular treatments from a registered massage therapist for the last year. I have realized how much better I feel because of it. The cost of trimonthly treatments is difficult to manage now that I am retired. I have limited massage skills but interested in learning the proper skills. I'm physically active and play squash and I'm learning to play golf.
