I have been practicing massage for 10+ years. I am not a licensed massage therapist. However, due to sports injuries at age 17, I have been using massage, physical therapy, stretching, yoga, cuddling, energy work, and healing touch as a path toward healing my physical, spiritual, and emotional wounds. I have received training from licensed massage and physical therapists, in private settings, and I am also a licensed medical assistant and was Pre-Med in college. I teuly believe that touch, and the energy we posess within ourselves, has the ability to be extremely healing if harnessed correctly. Let’s trade massages!! I am always in need of a great massage!
