I am really enjoy receiving massages for over 15 years. I am grateful to help anyone with feedback or helping to learn new skills. I mostly get massages to relax as I play a lot of sports and exercise daily. My diet is very important to me as I prefer to cook most of my meals. As a manager, I sit at a desk large parts of my day and I find that a back massage releases the tension. Thanks
