I am a single black male 60+ years who has enjoyed receiving and giving massages for the past 20 years. I find that it allows one to relax and unwind from the many challenges one faces doing the course of life. Once leaving the table after on hour or more, I find that one minds is much clearer and it allows you to think in a more positive direction.
