I do tend to get quite bad lower back and neck pain due to my poor posture and have often had PT massages to fix the problems.
I personally have a medical background and have since worked on having massage lessons to practice, due to my anatomy knowledge I have been complimented given the location on the body I know where to press, but I still need work on massage technique
