i Have been into massage fro 20 years. i enrolled in the community college for it then got pregnant with my daughter. Thats when my shoulders started giving me problems. I then had to start having deep tissue massage done and electric shock therapy. Oh my how that was great. i could never get any of my family or friends to massage hard enough. So I started teaching them by massaging them and reading up on all types. I self teach by research then practice on my boyfriend. But ive been under alot of stress lately and cant afford a massage everyday at the spa. So im hoping this helps.
