I do a lot of twisting and turning in my everyday work activities and at times my body hurts (legs, back, neck and arms). A massage to me it’s a great way to relieve the tension and soreness that my body experiences. Also a massage is a great way to learn to trust and love myself and feel comfortable in my own skin. I love people that are down to earth and like to laugh and be positive. Massaging someone or receiving a massage is good therapy for me and you will enjoy the massages I give too. I like to meet new people and learn everything about everything. I’m not a trained person but over time I have picked up on techniques used on me by both professionals and lay persons.
