I have been a practicing massage therapist on and off for 7 years. I went to Gentle Healing School of Massage Therapy in Cranbury, NJ in 2012 where I completed a 600 hour program which gave me a foundation in Swedish massage and introduced me to a variety of modalities which I incorporate into my integrated massage. I primarily incorporate elements of sports massage and Traeger therapy, as well as minor elements of myo-fascial release and neuro-muscular release therapy. I am currently the lead massage therapist at Tranquility Den, a spa located in Princeton, NJ. I am always interested in meeting other therapists and massage enthusiasts in order to incorporate more active self-care into my life, learn and grow as a practitioner, and to become more engaged in a larger health and wellness community.
